Privacy Policy

The short version

The calculators on this site run entirely in your web browser. The grades, scores, course names and credit hours you type are never sent to a server, never stored, and never shared with anyone. When you close the tab, what you entered is gone.

What we collect

• Calculator inputs: nothing. All arithmetic happens locally on your device using JavaScript. There is no account system, no database and no form submission anywhere in the tools.
• Basic server logs: like almost every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard technical logs for security and reliability — for example your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are not used to identify individual students or to build profiles.
• Cookies: the calculators themselves set no cookies. If analytics or advertising services are added to this site in future, this policy will be updated first to name them and explain what they collect, and any consent tools required by law will be provided.

What we never do

• We never ask for your name, school, email address or any login in order to use the calculators.
• We never sell or rent personal information (we do not hold your information in the first place).
• We never upload the grades or course details you type anywhere.

Third-party links

This site may link to other websites (for example, messaging us via WhatsApp from the Contact page). If you follow those links, the other service's own privacy policy applies to anything you share there.

Children's privacy

Because the tools collect no personal information at all, they are safe for students of any age to use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
